Rough Crushing Stage

Jaw Crusher

Jaw Crusher: It is suitable for primary crushing of soft mica stone (hardness of 2-3), featuring simple structure and large processing capacity.

Cone crusher

Cone crusher: for hard mica stone or large materials, with high crushing strength, which can reduce the wear and tear of subsequent equipment.

Fine crushing and sand making stage

Impact crusher

Impact crusher: suitable for secondary crushing of soft mica stone, with even grain shape of finished product and lower energy consumption.

Roll crusher

Roll crusher: Specially designed for high hardness mica stone, it has fine crushing and shaping functions, covering from coarse crushing to fine grinding. The gap between the two rollers is precisely adjusted by hydraulic or mechanical devices to meet the requirements of different industries for finished product size.

Auxiliary equipment

Vibrating screen: grading and screening of sand and gravel with different particle sizes, multi-layer screen mesh is recommended to enhance the efficiency. Sand washing machine: removing impurities, improving the cleanliness of sand, in line with environmental requirements. 2. Process flow design

Crushing process

Coarse crushing → medium and fine crushing → sand making → screening → sand washing → product storage. For large synthetic mica crystals, pre-treatment links (such as hook tooth crushing device) can be added to prevent equipment jamming.

Key parameter control

The screening stage needs to select the screen mesh according to the demand of the finished product (e.g. 10-20 mesh for coarse sand, 30-60 mesh for fine sand). Adjust the crusher speed and feed speed to optimise the particle size distribution.

3. Optimisation measures

Anti-blocking and uniform crushing

Adopt multi-stage crushing (e.g. pre-treatment+main crushing+hammering re-crushing), and use the double action of toggle and crushing teeth to improve uniformity. Regular maintenance of wearing parts (e.g. hammer head, screen mesh) to reduce downtime.

Environmental protection and safety

Install dust removal devices (e.g. bag filter) to control dust and safeguard the operating environment. Equipped with storage bin and closed conveyor belt to reduce noise and material scattering.
