What is a Stone Crusher？

The mountain stone crusher is a specialized equipment that mainly uses cobblestones to produce sand and stone materials for construction. The mountain stone sand making machine is another breakthrough in the field of sand and gravel aggregate production equipment manufacturing. This equipment uses two motors to drive two pairs of roller shafts to squeeze and grind materials.The roller crusher is mainly used for fine crushing operations with raw materials smaller than 80mm and finished product particle size requirements of 50mesh-20mm.

1. 250×250, 400×250, 400×400, 610×400, with an hourly output of about 2-12 tons, belong to small roller crushers.
2. 750×500, 800×600, 800x800, 1000×800, with an hourly output of 20-50 tons, belong to medium-sized roller crushers.
3. 1200×800, 1200×1000, 1500×800, 1500×1000, 1500×1200, 1800×1200, 2000×1000 and above, with an hourly output of 50-400 tons, belong to large roller crushers.

In sand production lines, the double-roll crusher functions as a sand-making machine, offering advantages such as no wear parts, low maintenance costs, adjustable sand particle size, high yield rate, and excellent sand particle shape. It is widely used in the sand-making industry.

Mineral Processing Crushing Applications

In the mineral processing industry, double-roll crushers or high-pressure roller mills are employed for fine crushing operations. Positioned upstream of ball mills, they can reduce 2-3 cm ore particles to less than 1 mm, significantly enhancing the operational efficiency of mineral processing ball mills and boosting overall production productivity.    

The mountain stone sand making machine operates through rollers. The mountain stone put into the machine through the inlet, are crushed by the squeezing between the rollers. The discharge size can be controlled by adjusting the gap between the two rollers. If the gap becomes larger, the discharged size becomes larger. While the gap becomes smaller by compressing spring, the discharge size also becomes smaller.
